Columbus Day weekend heralds the start of true fall.
There is no escaping the changing color of the leaves or the increasingly earlier darkening of the evening sky. We are indeed, on a glide path to winter.
Fall happens to my favorite season, followed closely by winter. Clearly, my Danish heritage is happy to snuggle in to hibernation mode for several months.
We usually spend the Colombus Day holiday in Alberta, Canada with family celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving. It is typically rather chilly. Here is my fail safe “relaxed but still fierce in frisbee golf” Canadian fall outfit.
Feel free to substitute whatever mountains / lake / campground you are visiting other than Canada — add the outfit below — mix — and enjoy a great holiday weekend.
Once again you have captured the “feel” of the clothes to match the Season’s….checking on the scarf as I type.
Warm and cozy is once again chic.
Happy Thanksgiving from one of those Canadians. 🙂
