Hi! Took a little family snowcation from life and the blog. It was a refreshing break and all the outdoor snow fun pushed me outside my quarantine comfort zone which is always invigorating!

My shopping habits this year have definitely taken a turn toward the…well, convenient.

What is more convenient than Prime?

Nope, not kidding. I have bought some rather phenomenal clothing items from Amazon this year.

And some “meh” items too.

Here is a round up of the best of the bunch.

THIS blouse is phenomenal. You know those strong women on TV shows that wear those wonderful satin/silk blouses that are chic and sexy at the same time? (I’m looking at you Suits <RIP>) Anyhoo. This is THAT blouse. I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium.

I BOUGHT this dress in July in my new home city of Seattle. It was perfect to be paired with a cardigan in the Pacific Northwest layer weather. This dress is very high quality but heavier weight material so probably not super for a true South summer. I got this dress in Stripe and Black Marl and I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium.

I WAS not sure about this blouse. I pondered it for a while. But the blue color kept calling me back. Sure enough, in person, this blue is rich and deep. The material is substantial but breathable. A great Zoom top and future in the office under a suit top. I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium in Blue.

I CAN’Tt recommend this shirt highly enough. This may look like any other t-shirt but oh no. It is thin, but not too thin. The scoop neck is not too low. The swing cut is just this side of forgiving but still fitting. Overall it rocks. I bought ALL the colors and I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium.

THIS sweater was a major surprise. I randomly ordered it because I wanted a specific thing – navy, slim fit, cable knit sweater. I ordered and it delivered. This sweater is so soft! Oh and definitely slim fit – size UP a whole size when ordering this sweater. I am 5’9″ and bought the Large.

OKAY I bought this shirt on a whim. Blame the Seattle rain. Am I thrilled with it? Yes and no. The quality is good – thick material, well sewn. The fit is not as tailored/fitted as I would like. I do love the length – covers the old derriere if wearing leggings. I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium in Blue, Red, and Green (just plain Green not the Army Green). The Green is my favorite.

THIS isn’t an “Amazon” brand per se but the convenience of a well insulated rain coat for a Seattle fall that is delivered overnight? Priceless. And did I mention it is fleece lined?! I am 5’9″ and bought the Medium in Grey.
