Color-block is not another term for opaque. And doesn’t saying “colorblock” remind you of the song “Stop! In the Name of Love”?

Colorblocking is actually a  bold color trend that originated in 1960s clothes as fashion’s answer to the pop art of Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Keith Haring.

For once there is a trend that is actually attractive on many body types without make us look like a Campbell’s soup can.

If you are not sure if this trend is right for you, here are a few pieces at a price point that allows you to take colorblocking for a swing without a big commitment.
