While I may want every Saturday to be about the Starbucks and ballet class combo and pedicures and parties…they are not.

Chores. Errands. Tasks. To do list. Whatever you call it, these things must get done. So let’s do them in style, shall we?!

Home Depot as a destination is awesome – as a new home owner with a yard and basement, Home Depot may just be my new Target. We can never go to HD and leave with just the things we need !! Andirondeck chair? Well look at that nice low price! Fire pit? Maybe in the fall…maybe now!

There is one downside to the fabulous Home Depot — you need to dress appropriately for pushing large carts, hauling concrete stepping stones, and chasing your daughter down the mile long aisles. And if you manage to incorporate a bit of your style personality into the ensemble, well that’s another accomplishment to tick off the Saturday to do list!
