I’ve got you,
You’ve got me who cares how rough the road might be,
We’ll go bumpty-bumpty bumpty-bump on the bumpy road to love.
Remember this when anything goes wrong.
On the Bumpy Road to Love – Judy Garland
I have the joy of oily facial skin and dry body skin. Fortunately, I have an arsenal of products to combat my facial woes.
I thought that all I needed for the rest of my body was a rich emollient. Which I used with wild abandon. And my skin was hydrated.
Then the bumps came. Little annoying bumps on my upper arms.
And the rich lotion was making it worse.
I had Keratosis Pilaris which is a common skin disorder often referred to as “chicken skin” or bumpiness on the surface of the skin.
It is a year round issue – so I had to find a solution that worked through all seasons.
Here is my formula:
Twice a week I scrub my upper arms with KP Duty Dematologist Body Scrub with Chemical and Physical Medi-exfoliation.

I follow this by applying KP Duty Dermatologist Moisturizing Therapy for Dry Skin to my upper arms after my shower.

An additional tip — if you have dry skin and are exfoliating, I suggest using a sugar-based body  exfoliant rather than a salt-based body exfoliant.
